About this property

This historic home is located within the Bay View community. Bayview offers a summer of fun, events, concerts, a nature trail and more. The 3 Bed/1.5 Bath home is within walking distance to downtown Petoskey, the beach, grocery stores, and much more. This home will comfortably sleep 6 with a double bed in one bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and 2 twins in the third bedroom. (Note: 1 set of twin beds is actually a trundle bed.) Enjoy that nostalgic feeling of the "old family cottage" but with all of the modern amenities. NOTE: Limited parking in this are. There is room for 2 vehicles at the house. No trailers, etc. You will need to make arrangements for off-site parking if you have more than 2 vehicles. We can give some suggestions.

Family visit to Petoskey

Great location, noisy at night as it’s right in the main road. Could have a few more towels and the towels were a bit worn. Cozy and quaint!

Perfect location, dated cottage

We loved the location! Steps from the lake and a quick bike to the Petoskey State Park or downtown Petoskey. The place is very old and the cable and WiFi were out all week, which was pretty unfortunate as the manager told us it would be hooked back up on the (third day) Monday of our week stay. There is mold on the lampshades in the living room and musty smell throughout.
