Wonderful Downtown Petoskey Home on Howard!

Ideally located in downtown Petoskey. This comfortable and clean vacation home has beautiful views of Little Traverse Bay. Open floor plan and large deck with patio furnishings and grill. Fully equipped kitchen and linens provided. Master bedroom w/attached bath has a king size bed. 2nd bedroom has twin bunk beds. Twin size bed in the nook off the master bedroom & additional loft area w/ king size bed. The lower level of the home has been converted into an apartment for the owners and they currently have a full-time renter in the apartment. It has a separate entry from the main level of the home.

Great Lakes Great Times

We had a fantastic week staying here for my brother’s wedding in Bay Harbor. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Petoskey, and the deck and master bedroom have great views of the lake. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Beautiful home with a great location

This property was fantastic for our family of 5 during our trip to Petoskey. It was close to everything and had a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The property owner was very friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would love to stay again in the future.

GREAT Place to stay, close to town!

The "church" was so unique and comfortable. I felt that I was home! Enough room for all and I would stay here again and again! Homeowner was so helpful and very personable. She gave us great tips on where and what to see. Loved it!

Petoskey Perfection

We truly enjoyed this lovely and unique home. Having been a church decades ago, we felt blessed. The location is so perfect since we could walk to everything. Our host was very helpful for both check-in and as an information resource. We never cooked anything, but the kitchen looked ready-to-go. We highly recommend and would return for sure.

Excellent!

The house is just beautiful. Location is great. Walking distance from everything in Petoskey. The view to Little Traverse bay is stunning. You can see Boyne Highlands and from Nub’s Nob ski resorts from the windows and they are just under 20 minutes away. We would love to return in the future.

Perfect Petosky stay

We have been VRBO users for many years. This property was the best we have ever enjoyed. Spacious living area, comfy king bed, perfect location, and this property had more amenities that we have ever enjoyed before. A COMPLETELY stocked kitchen, more towels than we could ever use, games, books, a yoga mat and dvd - just a fabulous experience all around. We will be certain to rent again should we return to this area. Thanks again!

Family Reunion For Birthday Celebration

This house was the perfect place for eight family members to gather. We had plenty of space and everyone slept well. Our host was fantastic, easy to correspond with via text. She even added special touches to the home and a birthday gift to enhance our surprise celebrations. She was flexible with our check out time so no one felt rushed. It was a lovely spot to be together and we were able to fill the house with laughter and love.

Great Location close to everything

Property was great, location was excellent! We biked to Harbor Springs first day and Charlevoix second day and this property was central to town, dining, bars, and trails. Kitchen was fully stocked, nice size bathroom downstairs. Upstairs bath only has a tub and a pull out shower head at base. Master bedroom was sizeable with nice view of harbor. Second upstairs bedroom has three beds, with another bed in the hallway for some privacy. Downstairs had third bedroom but not private, view of family/living room. There was a handy pull out couch/bed next to Kitchen. Overall great place and convenient location!

it was better than anticipated. The house had all the amenities and comforts of our own home; it was really nice to have everything we needed at our fingertips! my favorite part/surprise of the house waws a book on Legs Inn (our favorite restaurant) and an apron paying homage to my home country. What a nice place

This the second time we stay at this wonderful house in Petoskey. This is a former small church with very large living area on the main floor. There is amazing panoramic view of Little Traverse Bay from the main bedroom upstairs. You are walking distance (5-10 min) from all the nice shops and restaurants downtown Petoskey. We would love to come back again…

Beautiful

The property has wonderful views of Little Traverse Bay and the rooftops of Petoskey. Its location is close to downtown Petoskey and very walkable but quiet and sereen. Bedding is very comfy. Towels are cozy and soft. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook and great if you want take out to eat in your own private space with view of the Bay. It was our second time in the home and it won't be our last.

A great place!

We recently rented this house for a long girl's weekend. It was the perfect place for a group our size. The house was very clean, well equipped (more than anywhere I've ever stayed), comfortable and in a great location, within walking distance to all the shops in town. We didn't get to use the deck due to the weather but there is a beautiful view of the town and lake. Our only suggestion would be to put mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms so when multiple people are dressing, it can be done in their rooms when needed, and also add a shower curtain to the upstairs tub. Those things are very minor and had to negative bearing on our stay. We'll definitely book this place again when we return to Peloskey! Thank you Dawn!

Location & views!

We loved this house - amazing location close to town with amazing views. The home had everything we needed. Just a heads-up - there's lots of stairs! I had recently had ankle surgery so was a bit difficult to navigate but we managed. Hoping to return next year fully healed to tackle the stairs :) Our 2 year old & 5 year old loved the loft area and bunk beds.
