Great Holiday Getaway!!!!

Our apartment offers two bedrooms, a full kitchen and Free Parking. Located in the middle of great shopping and fine dining. A five minute walk down to the beautiful Waterfront Park on Little Traverse Bay where you can stroll along the lake, take in a softball game, picnic while taking in fantastic sunsets or ride your bike for miles along the shore of Lake Michigan. It is a boating, fishing and golfing paradise.

We had a great weekend getaway and really enjoyed our stay. This sweet little place has it all. It’s in a perfect location, walking distance to all that downtown Petoskey has to offer. Wonderful downtown location! Perfect for walking all around town and not too far of a drive from other great attractions like Petoskey state park. Owner was quick to respond to messages. Side note: great water pressure in the shower.

Lovely place in downtown Petosky

I attended the Madeleine L'Engle Writing Conference, and needed a place where my husband and I could stay and enjoy the city, together--and separately! It was perfect. Great location, good attention from the owner, and apart from not being able to figure out how to manage the television (!), we had a perfect couple of days! Highly recommend!

What a gem! This listing is perfectly located and stocked with everything one might need for a vacation. My wife and I are from Ann Arbor but love the Petoskey area so much we decided to open a business here about 15 years ago.

Why they chose this property

We just finished renovating our apartment this Spring. For the person who wants to be in downtown Petoskey, our location can't be beat. Although we offer one of the only free parking down spaces downtown, you really don't need a car to enjoy your stay with everything within walking distance. We especially enjoy spending time strolling along the beach, or having a picnic as the sun sets over beautiful Lake Michigan. Another favorite pastime is boating on Walloon Lake, one of Michigan's most beautiful lakes. Along with great shopping and dining the area offers the visitor a myriad of activities that will satisfy all your needs and interests.

You will find our apartment a great place for its comfort, convenience and world class location whether you are in town for a wedding or a week of shopping dining and sightseeing.
