This cottage/casita comes with private master bedroom, small living room that can also be used as a second bedroom, a bathroom with hot water, A/C, TV, and WiFi. You'll also have a fully equipped private kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, ice maker, blender, etc. and huge outdoor living/sitting area with hammocks. You will also have access to a laundry room and a pool. Secure parking available under carport. Quiet neighborhood.
