We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful property in Seaside! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, and we loved being so close to the ocean. The property was lovely, and having a dog-friendly place made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

The Orca Beach House was perfect for our working vacation. From the perfectly stocked and decorated house, the already setup work stations, the dog friendly yard, to the location being steps away from the beach, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you for letting us use your home!

We loved this house. It is charming with modern amenities. It is five houses from the beach access through a grassy trail. It is also five houses from the promenade. We walked the promenade several times to enjoy food and shops. The beach is expansive here, like we have never seen before. We traveled Hwy101 all the way to Cape Maeres stopping for breathtaking views and charming beach towns. We highly recommend this location.

This was a a super experience for our 10 people staying in a place that had every need we could ask for, and one amazing host to work with. The location and views were spectacular, and the interior was very welcoming with multiple areas to gather. We had a few youth and they loved the basement room space. Group meals were a hit with all the needs of a gourmet kitchen. So many little extras that made this house a perfect fit for our needs and memories were made.

The orca house was perfect for our stay in seaside. It was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very thoughtful in including extras at the house, like board games, beach chairs, beach towels. The house is on a dead end street and is a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waves. The walk to downtown is short too, but the house is far enough away that you can get peace and quiet. 10/10 would recommend.

The home is well-equipped and fully stocked with all necessary household items (even coffee). Its location is ideal for walking to the beach or downtown. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Seaside at Orca Beach House.

The property's location was a half a block to the promenade walkway and the trail to the beach. Home is very nice, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Nice back deck and yard for the dog.

This was our second time staying at the Orca Beach house and we absolutely loved it. It’s so close to the beach and all the restaurants and fun things to do in Seaside. We will definitely stay here again.

The whole home is so well equipped. Phone chargers and outlets everywhere. Loved the coziness of the home and all the great decorations to look at. Dog loved the backyard!! Just one of the best VRBO we have every stayed. Beds were so comfortable and the couches too.. Will stay here again for sure. Thanks for making our visit and stay so wonderful
