The property was extremely comfortable & well supplied. It was centrally located to many historical landmarks, as well as, many local establishments. The host was just fantastic and went out of the way to accommodate us during check-in. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philadelphia, especially if you're interested in see the historical sites.

We had a great weekend stay! The condo was clean, quiet, near many restaurants and history locations. Having 2 bathrooms for our group of 4 was a huge bonus! Communication from the host was great!

Great property and great location. We loved walking to restaurants and shopping. Yaya was a great host - super accommodating and helped immediately when I needed a new access code. We would definitely book this property again.

We loved the spot, it was a little hard for us to find in the beginning because its not directly off the street and we were not aware of the parking situation but we learned that we just had to park on the street for the maximum amount of hours like 2-3 hrs then you can keep renewing it via the app and on M-F you can stay from 10 pm to 8 am then you have to renew the parking. It was a lovely, modern, and clean place. My family and I would stay there again.

This is the nicest Vrbo I've stayed in, and that's saying a lot. Yaya was friendly and very responsive to questions. The unit is beautiful, easy to get into and nice to stay in. Location is fantastic. I will definitely want to stay here again next time I'm in Philly.For those who care about such things: note that the bedrooms don't have TV but the living room does. The kitchen has sugar, coffee, tea, filtered water but I couldn't find salt (not a big deal, obviously).

The home is as described and is lovely! I will certainly stay there again when I visit Philly. The hostess is very responsive and kind. The home has everything you need and is very clean. It is also very quiet and the beds are wonderful. It’s a 5!

Great location. Close to everything. Our party was 2 children and 4 adults. Kids slept on the pullout bed that was very comfy. Adults enjoyed both beds. Pillows were a little flat but bed was very comfortable. Some minor areas that were not cleaned thoroughly but didn't hinder our stay.
