Sandpines Coastal Escape is a beautiful property located just 3 minutes from the beach area and within 12 minutes of all the attractions listed below and has plenty of room to spread out (1700 +sqft home). Level 2 EV charger in garage for your convenience. We have an excellent house cleaning service that cleans and sanitizes the home in between each guest stay to ensure you have a great comfortable visit.
Full-size air-hockey table and ping-pong table in the garage so there are indoor activities even if it’s dark out or raining!
Heceta Beach (4 min away), the north jetty beach, Florence old town w/ shops and eateries, Three Rivers Casino, 2 golf courses, the sand dunes OHV area, public boat launch on the Siuslaw River for fishing / crabbing. Room to park your boat, side by side or ATV trailer. Self check-in with Smartlock keypad.
Our property is also listed as being out of the Tsunami zone to add some peace of mind to your stay.

Birthday family weekend getaway

Half went golfing, half went to Heceta Head. Good central location. Able to check out Old Town and stayed in one night for movie and games, pizza from Abby’s. Perfect central location, easy drive from Eugene and Corvallis. Too much Oregon weather to enjoy the backyard but it looks super inviting. 5/5!

Spacious and private

The photos don’t do it justice! The house was very spacious and comfy. We had everything we needed and more! The backyard was perfectly manicured and enjoyed the turf grass. We will be coming back to this place next year!

Hello, we purchased this property as a place to stay on the beautiful Oregon Coast with friends and family. We decided to open up our home to others so they can bring their friends and family and have a comfortable place to stay that is near all the amenities that Florence has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This property is set in a secluded quiet neighborhood amongst well maintained homes. Perfect spot for morning or evening walks. It is also located within about a 10 minute drive of all Florence has to offer including 2 golf courses, casino, beaches, crabbing/fishing, birdwatching, shopping and playing on the dunes.

What makes this property unique

One of the great benefits to this property is a location for off-street parking of your boat if you have come to the area for fishing or crabbing.
The parking area was also designed as a location to park a UTV/ATV/motorcycle trailer for people who have come up to enjoy the nearby dunes.
