Recently renovated TOP floor 3BR/2BA condo in the sought-after community of Carolina Yacht Landing.
Elevator in the building so no stairs to worry about and no noise to worry about coming from people above you.
This unit was almost completely renovated in the last year with new LVP wide plank flooring, a gorgeous quartz peninsula counter, stainless steel appliances, a new kitchen sink, updated bathrooms, and a top-of-the-line HVAC unit installed in 2020.

Master bedroom has a very comfortable and luxurious king size bed with remote adjustable bed frame Brentwood Cypress 11”mattress and Sony tv along with Haiku bamboo blade fan by BigAssFans for air circulation, additional bedrooms have Samsung tv’s as well as Haiku L fans.

Living room has a large remote operated roller shade large 55” Sony television and very comfortable Luonto brand king size memory foam sofa bed.

Kitchen has a huge 6 person seat configuration island and is equipped with new Samsung refrigerator/freezer, Stove, and Dishwasher also supplied is a Nespresso coffee machine along with selection of nespresso coffe pods, toaster oven, water boiling kettle, dishes and cups for 8 people and utensils. Also included are 4 “Tommy Bahama” foldable beach chairs so no need to bring your own.
All the comforts of home including washer/dryer.

Building P overlooks a scenic pond with a fountain for that calming touch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice from the screened-in porch. Carolina Yacht Landing is a gated community with 2 swimming pools, a clubhouse, a fitness center, and community day docks and docks available. Also has boat storage for those that want to dry store their boats here. The location is incredible as you're only a few minutes to the sand on Cherry Grove Beach, shopping, restaurants, and great golf courses.
There is a Eufy brand wi-fi doorbell/camera outside as well as wi-fi door keypad on the entry door for secure access/communication to open door to condo.

This place was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The pictures and description does not do it justice. Incredible stay and neighborhood is just as nice. Construction going on right across from us and I didn't care at all.

The condo was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. Having all the little extras....hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, beach chairs, spices, etc really made it fantastic. Our family really enjoyed our stay. It's just a short drive to the beach too, which we did a couple times daily. Would definitely recommend this place.

This condo met our exact needs. We each had our own room and shared two bathrooms. The check in was easy, communication with the renter was wonderful! We would stay here again for sure. I loved that it was in a more quiet area.

Great host, incredibly clean and updated place.

I loved my stay. From the communication to the cleanliness to the comfort and location, I would give it 10 stars if I could. Not to mention the retro arcade Pac Man machine! If you’re looking for a quiet place that feels like a home away from home, this is it.

Expectations exceeded

This unit is by far the nicest place that we have ever stayed. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the pool or outdoor activities. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed. Each bedroom had big ass fans (brand name). These were the best ceiling fans that I have ever seen. The location was close enough to enjoy the Myrtle Beach area. Overall great stay!

Enjoyable stay in a comfortable condo in a gated community near lots of great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Owner was friendly and answered our questions quickly. Everything was new and everything worked as advertised. Bed was very comfortable. We had nothing to complain about. We look forward to staying here again. Thanks for a great vacation.

I can be a little picky about cleanliness, but I found these accommodations spotless and that put my mind at ease. The host was quick with communications and prioritized the comfort of their guests by ensuring we had everything we needed. The only negative was that we fought every night for who got to sit in the massaging recliner after a long day of sightseeing, but there was plenty of other comfortable seating for our family of 5. Area was quiet and safe.

Awesome place

Ken met us and showed us around house,. It wasn't far from where we were playing ball. Lots of stuff with-in 30 min drive. Place was excellent. Everything worked and was well kept. I tripped on the shades in the living area, they are auto up/down. Ken even had some electric scooter but did NOT get to use them, ball took up the entire trip. It was great.

Birthday celebration

The website doesn’t do the justice this place deserves. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable. Ken, the host, was very responsive and amazing. His hospitality was EVERYTHING. He thought of everything. We enjoyed ourselves so much thought about staying another day but circumstances didn’t allow But believe me we will be back. The scooters was definitely a hit. The whole family enjoyed riding those. Top Notch Find

I came to Little River to escape the cold winter in Maryland. This condo ranked up there with any 5* hotel with the zero gravity bed, to the automatic blinds, to the decor and the well-equipped kitchen. So many extras were provided in the kitchen, such as coffee, tea, spices, etc.The place was immaculate and the owner was very attentive to making sure I had everything I needed. The condo is in a gated community and has a small workout room and outdoor pool. I loved being able to bask in the sunshine on the balcony that overlooks the pond and fountain. The location is so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The community was quiet. This place was a great find. I will be back!
