Perfect space for family and friends. Three Bedrooms - Two Queen Beds, Two Twin Beds. Full kitchen, dining room, washer, dryer in the unit, Screened in porch. Cable TV & Internet.

Guest Access:
Pick up keys and gate card at Eagle Beach Rentals 1007 Sea Mountain Hwy North Myrtle Beach SC 29582 after hours from lock box.

The Neighborhood:
Gated Waterway Community with two community pool & fitness center. less than minutes to the beach.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft.

Must be 25 years of age to rent - ID's checked
No Smoking - $250 Fine for smoking of any kind
No Pets
No House Parties
No Motorcycles, Trailers or RV. Close to the Beach, Restaurants, Shopping, Gated Community,

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
