Needs work

Bathroom needs updates. Shower rod and toilet paper holder were rusty. Rug in living room was filthy. Handle on sliding door to balcony was on the end table - made it hard to get on balcony. Called office and reported it but to my knowledge no one ever came to fix it. . . . Definitely not worth the money.

Orange Beach Gulf Shores Alabama

Area was wonderful, except not very pedestrian friendly, need sidewalks and crossovers. The condo needed updates such as slider door handle was broken, hole in the bathroom wall, crack in ceiling from kitchen through living room, appliances very outdated, and water pressure much too strong and one of the elevatores was down the whole week

Excellent Beach Escape

We have gone to Orange Beach, AL and stayed at the Tidewater for over two decades. We were delighted to find this unit available and in excellent condition. The Cobalt is our favorite restaurant in the area.
