Enjoy a luxurious stay in this condo at the Icon Brickell Tower 3 residences. Located in the heart of Brickell, you’ll be in walking distance from restaurants, parks, bars and more. The condo faces the bay and the largest and most famous pool of Brickell. Furnished in an authentic white style, this apartment is perfect for people who are looking to take a break and relax. The whole apartment will be only for you (1,459 Sq Ft --136 m2-- living area).. To be able to check in, we'll need the names of all guests, a photo of all guest’s IDs, and the phone number of the main guest, the moment you book. We’ll also need to know at what time exactly you’ll arrive at the building. Failure to do so may cause delays in your check-in process. Check-ins between midnight and 7 am will incur an extra fee of $50, to be paid on Airbnb. There are Roku TVs in the living room (75”) and in both bedrooms (55”). The kitchen is fully equipped, so you’ll be able to cook your own meals. The air-conditioned apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (with free toiletries and a hair dryer), a living room, a dining area, and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. You'll have access to the pools on the 15th floor, the gym, and the gorgeous spa with 3 jacuzzis, 2 saunas, and 2 steam rooms. There’ll be one FOB (electronic key) per guest (maximum 4 FOBs). It’s used in the elevator and to help access certain amenities. You’ll need amenity cards to access any amenity (pool, spa, gym). Limit of 4 amenities cards per apartment, no exception. Situated in the heart of Brickell in Miami, you will be surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Visit the biggest luxury mall in south Miami "Brickell City Centre" accross the street. Short car ride from South Beach and Wynwood. Wonderful amenities shared with 5stars Hotel W: spa, gym, 3 swimming pools. New rules for amenities cards: guests can only use the amenity cards they buy with the “Tower 3 guest card office”, near Security (the front desk can help you find the place). Available for guests staying 3 nights or more, up to 4 cards per apartment, at the cost of $25 each. The Tower 3 guest card office is open Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. Valid for one week, or for the duration of the guest’s stay, whichever is less. Free for guests 15 years old or younger. Starting April 29th, 2021. (Limit of 4 amenities cards per apartment, no exception). POOL – Monday to Sunday – 7:00AM to 7:30PM / Friday & Saturday Pool Closure for 1 hour from 11am to 12pm for disinfecting. You’ll need an amenities card to enter the pool area. Limit of 4 amenity cards per apartment, no exception. GYM - You’ll need an amenity card to use the gym. Limit of 4 amenity cards per apartment, no exception. Update: The Gym & Spa have extended their hours of operation to 6am-10pm, daily. Reservations are no longer required for the pool, gym, and spa. Other things to note Penalties for: Unauthorized late checkout $150 until 1pm, after that, $100 more per hour (you have to leave at 11am sharp or before) Smoking $150 per day booked Pet in the property $300 per day booked Unauthorized extra guest $300 per day booked Disrupt in any way the camera $300 per day booked If any neighbor complains $250 If the police come to the apartment $500 Extra dirt (vomit, coffee, or sitting wet on the couch/sofa etc) $300 Other things broken or damaged $100 or 150% of their price (whichever is higher) at Walmart (or at a similar store). You are also responsible for any other loss the host may incur because you didn’t follow any law, rule, instruction, etc. The bathtub/hot tube is NOT an amenity. Please, do NOT try to fill it. If the water goes above a certain level, it starts leaking into the apartment below. Air conditioner: 72 F is the lowest temperature the air conditioner supports. If the temperature outside is below 72 F, don’t put the air conditioner’s temperature below 72 F, as the air conditioner may freeze and stop working. Please, keep the windows and doors tightly closed, while the air conditioner is on, as keeping them opened would cause condensation inside the ducts (that eventually leads to mold!) and the temperature in the apartment won’t go down. Balcony doors: they should remain closed, so bugs won’t enter the apartment, and the air conditioner will be able to cool and remove moisture from the apartment. This is a self-check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow all instructions being provided on Airbnb through the house manual, the check-in guide and chat messages. You also agree that you are not going to contact your Airbnb host before reading all instructions. You are also responsible for any loss the host may incur because you didn’t follow any law, rule, instruction, etc. Some guests have broken our trust and brought more people than they booked for, and broken other rules. Because of that, we had to install a camera at the entrance of the apartment, to be sure the rules are respected. It only points to the door, protecting your privacy. Remember we’re not responsible for any incident in the shared spaces, including the parking lot. Use these spaces at your own risk. Cable TV, or any other form of TV/video access, is *not* provided. Guests are not allowed to receive mail, or any kind of deliveries, to the apartment’s address. Guests cannot have visitor, at any time. This place was not adapted to people with any medical condition, special sensitivity or of any specific age. Noise levels, temperature, odors and other characteristics of the location were not designed to avoid the activation or worsening of any health related problem, pre-existing or not, or any sensitivity. There’re cleaning products in the property, accessible by the guests. If you’re coming with minors or people with some disability, please, be sure they won’t access these materials. We welcome families to use our place, but advise it’s not, in any way, child-proof, or especially adapted to minors or people with disabilities. It’s not a risk-free environment. Please, use common sense while enjoying this place. Florida's warm weather allows animal life to thrive. Leaving the doors or windows opened for any extent of time may let in flies or other bugs. Thanks for understanding. The place is not brand new and has minor normal wear and tear. We’re aware of that and you won’t be charged for that. If you are going to need any kid’s or baby’s amenities we offer, please, let us know in advance, so we can relocate the amenities you’ll need to your apartment, as they are very low-demand equipment. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we provided an initial supply of toilet paper (along with a few extra rolls under the bathroom sink) and other things, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
