The Bunkhouse offers a unique vacation experience filled with hiking trails, catch and release fishing in our bass stocked pond, paddle boats, horse shoes pits, corn hole, volleyball, a playground area (designated for five and under) an in-ground pool and much more! You can also schedule an hour long horseback trail ride during your stay!

Overall, the rental was nice. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hosts were very nice. It was great that there is a pool table and foosball table in the enclosed porch/ entryway into the rental. My family had fun playing pool. A few things for other travelers to be aware of and/or the hosts should consider updating on their listing or fixing:1. If you are interested in using the swimming pool at the rental, make sure to ask the hosts if it available. We found out after arriving that the pool is only available during most of the summer months but that it hadn't been opened or treated as of the date we arrived.2. The water temperature in the showers seem to greatly fluctuate from hot to cold and cold to hot with or without water being used elsewhere in the house at the same time. Also, the cold knob on the master shower is loose and somewhat hard to turn.3. There are no screens on many of the windows in the rental and the rental doesn't have air conditioning as far as we could tell (though we didn't ask) so we weren't able to open the master bedroom sliding window to cool down the room without letting in many bugs.4. We didn't try the spa tub in the master bathroom but it was great there was one.5. All the kitchen appliances seem to work well. There is a coffeemaker but there didn't seem to be any coffee supplied, only some tea bags, so just make sure if you want coffee, you bring some.6. The beds were all comfortable

Hidden Gem!

We were pleasantly surprised to find a place so close to Moravia when we found out on short notice that we needed to go there.What a fun place for a family getaway especially in the summer. Definitely recommend, pictures didn't do it justice

The pictures don’t do the place justice. It is rustic, but clean. The pool was so nice to be able to use on the warm days. The house is situated on a working horse farm, and if you’re lucky you’ll get to watch barrel racing right from the side yard. The owners are very responsive to messages sent through VRBO. We were in town for a family reunion held at Filmore Glen, less than 10 minutes from the property. You’ll love the town of Moravia and the surrounding towns within a short driving distance.

Relaxing vacation at beautiful home with stunning views

The most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years. Beautiful and spacious home on a quiet property with stunning views from dawn til dusk. The owners Mark & Donna are the sweetest and most accommodating hosts. It was an absolute joy staying at the bunk house for the week. Hoping to return next year for a longer stay.

A nice hill top stay close to nature

Private swimming pool, sauna, bubble bath tub, foosball and pool table.. all were in good condition and we really enjoyed.. there were several board games and other things to do, but we didn't have enough time.. Mark was very kind by mailing my wallet which I forgot while checking out..

Peaceful Stay on a Ranch

The Bunkhouse was phenomenal! The place was very clean, organized, and had a fun theme with a lot of horse decorations around the house. There were plenty of activities to do on site (so much so, we didn't even do everything the host offered!). The pool was amazing for the hot weekend, horseshoes were fun to throw around, and the recreation room with billiards, foosball, and a sauna was a hotspot for hanging for the group! We all had a great stay, and the host was very nice in talking with us when we arrived, explaining all the activities we could get up to, and making it very clear to reach out if we ever had any questions. Overall, the bunkhouse was a favorite of mine to stay at, all my friends loved it, the host was awesome, and I'd highly recommend the place for a peaceful getaway with plenty of activities on site! Thanks so much for having us!
