Fun Neighborhood Stay

We loved our time at this property in Lafayette. Walking to restaurants and shopping was quick and easy. Lafayette is such a fun town. This property was super cute and comfortable. The info book was helpful as we had never been to Lafayette before. Check in and out was easy. The wildflowers in June were gorgeous!

A Gem in Lafayette, CO

Our daughter lives in Lafayette and we usually stay at her house when we visit, but it's crowded. This time we decided to try renting a house in downtown Lafayette (which we know well) and it was great. The house is beautifully decorated in a "barn house" theme and the location is terrific re restaurants and shops. Plus a really nice outdoor area to relax. Also a nice place to take a walk in the morning. We'll be back as we visit several times a year.

Hidden Lafayette gem

Wonderful little place, perfect for our groups home base while touring the colleges. Loved all the sweet touches like a bottle of wine, chips to snack on. Especially loved the blackout curtains and cozy beds. We were all on different schedules so it was perfect. Thanks so much

Very clean nice place - kitchen is open and fairly new design. Open backyard and easy to walk to old downtown. Really a one full and one half bathroom. Shower in half bath not easy to use - but shower in full bathroom is very good.

I can't say enough about this rental. Regina was a great host, the cleanliness and tasteful decor, the location, convenience and friendly neighbors was great. We were there with another couple and one of our adult children for a charity bike ride. This property was a perfect home base for us. Host was very pleasant and prompt with responding. Home is in a superb location. Walking distance to downtown Lafayette which has multiple restaurants and shopping. Parking is off street parking but had zero issues with finding a spot. House is in mint condition, very welcoming and comfortable. Fully stocked with any and everything you could possible need. Side porch and backyard are lovely, and super convenient for our dog. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to any of our family/friends. I’m already requesting a second stay. Snacks and wine were a pleasant welcome gift, and appreciated.

What makes this property unique

The home has a private entrance at the front. To the side of the house is a gorgeous covered porch and patio area under the trees. This area is adjacent to the neighbors and we ask that you are mindful of making too much noise in this area. Please contact the Host if you wish to stay longer than a month.
To the rear of the house is additional garden area.
Neighboring the house to the rear is a carriage house, which can be booked separately if you need additional living space The carriage house has its own private entrance and garden area.

Below the carriage house is a studio apartment. The studio apartment does not share any of your space or garden or entrance.
