Thank you, Betty, for taking the time to share your experience and for your thoughtful feedback. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and are grateful for the opportunity to host you. Before your booking, we had several in-depth messages to make sure our home would be the right fit for your needs and expectations. We discussed the layout of our ranch-style home, including the three very small steps leading to the entrance (with no stairs inside the home). We also want to share for future guests that all of our amenities are clearly listed in our listing, and a grill is not an amenity we currently offer. That information, along with the size and layout of our backyard, was available and provided prior to booking so guests can make the best decision for their stay. We always want guests to feel informed and comfortable before arriving, and we appreciate the messages we shared with you throughout that process. That said, we take your feedback seriously. Our goal is for every guest to feel welcome and have an easy, comfortable arrival experience. We will absolutely consider the best ways to make those small entry steps feel more accessible for future guests while continuing to preserve the character and comfort of our home.
