Great location near Calistoga

We came for a concert at a nearby winery. House was small but perfect for our needs. Hosts were great, would definitely stay there again.

Adorable Calistoga Cottage

My mom and I loved our stay in Calistoga. Brittany was a great host, and even went out of her way to find us a driver on the days we went tasting at vineyards. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Cottage

We had a great stay. Nice and quiet, beautiful view across the street. Enjoyed coffee in the morning out on the picnic table. Great location, Calistoga was a nice town to walk around. Pretty drive over to Healdsburg. We spend a day down towards Napa and it was an easy drive. So overall the location was fantastic.

The little Calistoga house is perfect. It’s spacious, well stocked with beautiful decorations and neat touches. The house borders a small creek with beautiful foliage to provide a peaceful, zen setting. Joyce was super helpful. This place is a gem. We hope to return soon!

Loved it!

We loved our stay here! It looks exactly like the photo (so cute!) and the mattresses were SO comfortable. It's well stocked and felt like a home. The only thing I would note is that the location on the listing showed it as being in the middle of Calistoga - so we thought we could easily walk to dinner and the town - but it's actually a couple of miles away and not really walkable. That being said - we also loved the location because it was so peaceful and lovely and I particularly loved listening to the frogs at night. Hosts were fantastic and communicated very well and the free tasting at Tank was amazing!

Wonderful location; beautiful, quiet retreat

We stayed here for my brother's 50th birthday. There were 3 of us and the house was the perfect size for us (2BR, 1BA). The house was very clean and easy to find. It is a little north of Calistoga's main street (Lincoln). For those who want to beat the Napa crowds, Calistoga is the way to go. The hosts were awesome and gave us some tips of restaurants, wineries, and hikes before our vacation to enable us to make reservations (tip: make reservations for dinner and wine tastings!). We will definitely look to book here again. After hearing different horror stories about Vrbo rentals, it was so reassuring to have hosts who are considerate and sincere and care about the travelers' experience. Thanks Joyce and Vanessa!

House Location Materially Misrepresented

The house itself was very nice and the owner was very communicative for the most part. Outside of that, we unfortunately had a very negative experience as the location of the house was over 2.5 miles from town (Where the listing had shown it to be) which resulted in us being stranded in town on the final night of our stay. This difference was material, and the location was the sole reason we booked it as we anticipated transportation being difficult and had a busy weekend of wedding events with others who were staying in the local hotels. As we found out, there are no ubers, lyfts or taxi's in the area at night and we were stuck in town after private car services we tried also did not answer. The actual location was only conveyed to us a week before our stay and by that point other options were unavailable and we had paid in full for this stay. TLDR - This house was not anywhere close to where it was listed (In town) and there are zero transportation options if you do not have car on your trip.

I'm sorry the location ruined your experience, but I'm so happy to hear you liked the home! We are only a 5 minute drive into downtown Calistoga. I have a list of private drivers that I have on hand when guests need a ride. I always encourage guests to reach out to me with any questions or concerns at any time from the time you book until the moment you check out! Unfortunately you never contacted me during your stay or before you checked in so I was not able to help you.
