OUR HOME: Chez Jasmin

We invite you to discover our adorable house, a midcentury modern homestay perfect for beach lovers, boating enthusiasts and golfers! "Chez Jasmin" offers a retro vibe with all the comforts of a modern home, just 5 minutes from south Florida's most beautiful beaches!

The house has two spacious bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom, a large screened-in patio that doubles as a play room, and a modern well-equipped chef's kitchen. Enjoy our lush backyard with outdoor eating, BBQ, and 4-person hot tub!

The house is in a picturesque neighborhood called Avalon Harbor, just steps from the Intracoastal, boat launch, waterfront park, and marina. We are a short walk or drive from Pompano's beautiful golf course and olympic-sized aquatic center! To get to the town's main beach, it's just a 5 minute drive, 8 minute bike ride (enjoyable!), or 30 minute walk.

LOCATION: Pompano Beach

Pompano Beach is a small but vibrant seaside resort town, full of fun places to visit! Great restaurants, lots of stores, parks, nightlife, boating, golf, and a 20 minute drive to Wilton Manors, the heart of LGBTQ+ life in Fort Lauderdale. But for us, the beach is the main attraction - one of the cleanest, prettiest, and most spacious beaches in all of Southeast Florida!

In addition to the beach, just minutes from the house lies a beautiful golf course, an aquatic center with olympic size pool, and a boat launch on the Intracoastal.

Our host Desiree was so welcoming and helpful. The home was lovely, just as it looks in the photos! We had coffee every morning in the charming, enclosed patio. The house and neighborhood were very quiet. Just a 5-minute drive to the beach and many restaurants. Highly recommend!

A Great Winter Escape! My adult daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this Florida home. The location was perfect—just minutes from shopping, the gym, great restaurants, and the beach. Having both Whole Foods Market and Publix nearby was especially convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe.The home itself was inviting and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything was clean and in excellent working condition. We especially enjoyed the very private backyard—the hot tub and lanais were perfect for relaxing.Desiree was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely concerned about our comfort. She made sure we had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again!

Felt like home!

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet, safe and family friendly. We sat in that hot tub every night and relaxed under the stars. The backyard/lanais is welcoming and adorable. Everything about Chez Jasmin makes you feel like you are at home. Thank you for sharing your home!

This place was perfectly located 10 minutes from anywhere you wanted to go in the Pompano Beach area. We loved the 5 minute drive to the beach. Dez was very prompt and helpful.

Early Thanksgiving

My mother lives in Florida and due to some work issues we decided to have an early Thanksgiving with her. We found this little gem while searching around and we were not disappointed. The pictures do not do it justice and the amenities are unbeatable. My wife and I like to cook most of our meals, the kitchen is very spacious and has many kitchen tools that I have not seen included in most rentals. The beds are very comfortable, the back patio was a great place to relax and eat even when it was a little cold out. At first, we did not think we were going to use the hot tob since it was November, but we ended up in it every single day and was a nice touch. On top of the wonderful house, we were very close to some fantastic food and shopping to round out the experience. We will definitely be staying here the next time we're in Florida.
