Sterling Breeze located at 16701 Front Beach Road is one of Panama City Beach's most sought-after complexes, as it offers guests a beachfront seasonally heated pool, hot tub, poolside cafe, fitness center, BBQ grills, and security. Sterling Breeze is located less than half a mile to Pier Park and several popular local restaurants and attractions including Margaritaville, the Skywheel, Hook'd, Russell-Fields Pier, The Grande Theatre, and much more! It's also just a short 5-minute drive to Frank Brown Park and only 20 minutes from Beaches International Airport.

This 10th floor, end unit offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with almost 1600 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently updated with quartz countertops, beautiful glass tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. The open concept living area offers ample, comfortable seating, a Smart TV with cable, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Step onto your private balcony to watch the sunset and listen to the waves.

The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, large flat screened TV with cable and gulf views with an ensuite bathroom that has double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a Smart TV with cable and another full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Down the hall is a large bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a flat screen TV with cable. Guests staying in this room enjoy the use of a third full bathroom in the hallway. This unit comfortably sleeps 8. It also has a new front loading washing machine and dryer.

***Please note, Sterling Breeze will be modernizing both of their elevators beginning September 6, 2023. One elevator will be being modernized while the other is planned to be operational. This could contribute to longer wait times than normal. The project is scheduled to be completed prior to Summer 2024.***

- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- An additional one-time $50 Resort Fee is required to be paid directly to the Resort. This fee covers 1 parking pass and up to 8 wristbands. An additional parking pass may be purchased for an additional $50. Max 2 vehicles allowed per stay.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

Beautiful Unit!

Great views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is spacious and well laid out with amazing views. It is a convenient walking distance to Pier Park and easy beach access. Southern Coast was delightful in every dealing! Sterling Breeze front desk, not so much. They were slow to respond, unable to assist with simple tasks and some seemed annoyed to be asked for help. This was off season but they still seemed overwhelmed. To be clear, Southern Coast Rentals were stellar in their customer service. They were responsive and friendly with every inquiry.It took 45 minutes to get a parking pass printed. It is a terrible system and could easily be upgraded for guest convenience. To have to park, then go all the way to the front desk to print your own pass with a single printer that was broken, then go all the way back to put it in your car is silly. There is a desk right as you exit the parking garage. Why not have the passes available there? We are talking 2 elevator rides and a walkway across the street, with one of the two evaluators broken. After traveling all day and needing to unpack, it is an unnecessary inconvenience. The regular TV cable did not work. Be prepared to access YouTube TV or another service. The vent fan in the master bath needs to be repaired. Otherwise we were delighted with our stay.

We had a great time on our vacation and enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would suggest is the outside chairs should be replaced. They were not very sturdy. Other than that it was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit! Our family of 6..kids range in age from11-17. The double bunk beds were perfect for some of our kids. Our oldest had his own room. The boys shared one bathroom and the girls the other and we had the master bath, which worked out great! It was clean..except for under furniture! The view was perfect from the balcony..could see both the sunrise and sunset easily! Our only complaint..elevators were so slow and only one was working! We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived late in the evening and it was nice to have an initial supply of necessities like paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap etc. The location was perfect; convenient to Pier Park, Gulf World and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
