The master bedroom has a roomy king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and double vanities. With a King bed in the guest bedroom, a twin-over-full bunk bed in the enclosed bunk room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely condo sleeps 9 guests comfortably. Wake up with morning coffee or throw some steaks on the included grill for dinner on the Gulf Front balcony, with spectacular views of the sugar white sands and emerald waters. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year.
