Beach Front - Beach Service - Walk to Pier Park
This beautiful beach front condo is the perfect stay for family or friends! Located on the 22nd floor creating amazing views!
Sterling Breeze Condominium offers a 2,000 square foot beach-side pool (heated in winter), beach-side bar and grill, fire pit, beach chair and umbrella service, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a convenient sky bridge to the private, covered parking garage. We even reserved two padded beach chairs and a large beach umbrella for your beach enjoyment while staying in our condo (available March thru October - a $40 a day value). And due to the size of our complex (146 units), the beach won’t be as crowded as at larger condos nearby who have 500+ units.
Being on the 22nd floor, the balcony affords breathtaking views of the white sand beach, the City Pier (longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico), and sunsets on the Gulf. It is also common to see schools of dauphin, stingrays, or other sea life from the balcony. Both the Living Room and ocean-front Master Bedroom open to the Gulf and the private balcony with electric grill.
Walking distance to Pier Park which hosts a variety of eateries, entertainment and shopping! Walking distance on the backside of Pier Park, is also a mall, Target and Walmart!
Inside this condo you will find a Master Bedroom with a king size bed, and Walk-In Shower ensuite! The second bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom! The third bedroom is a bunk room with two twin size bunk beds - the 3rd full bathroom is off the main hallway! In unit washer and dryer!
The open kitchen features a variety of convenience appliances and eating space at the bar - and a 6-person dining table!
All bedrooms and living room are equipped with TV's that include cable channels and an Amazon Fire Stick so you can enjoy all your streaming favorites!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Remove all items from the fridge and dispose of any open non-perishable items! Discard trash in the trash chute, located at the end of the hallway. Place all used towels in one bathroom!
Check for all personal belongings prior to leaving. We are unable to have anything returned or shipped to you.
If you used the available beach umbrellas, chairs, floaties or toys, please ensure they are but back away neatly!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love having the ability share these amazing views and where so many memories are created! PCB is great not only for the kids but offers so much entertainment for the adults as well!
Why they chose this property
Sterling breeze is a wonderful building, that is on the smaller side, so the beach is quite as crowded as the other larger buildings. The front desk staff has recently changed and created an amazing new store front! The bar and grill just came under new ownership as well - Sterling Breeze is always looking for new ways to create an elevated experience!
What makes this property unique
Located on the 22nd floor the views are absolutely breath taking! Firework shows have a whole new meaning when you can relax away from the crowd and have the best view!
