Very clean, instructions were very clear, something here for everyone! The coffee station was a fabulous bonus! Very spacious, and comfortable beds! Loved the large dining table, we were all able to gather for games together! Plenty of towels, TP, and anything you could need in the kitchen! Location was perfect! Peaceful but close to the venues we needed!

It was so quiet and relaxing and yet conveniently located with great access to nearby places we wanted to visit. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel right at home. The host was fantastic. We were to be in town for my son’s wedding so I reserved barn swallow manor. It is literally 5 minutes from the wedding venue, VENUE BELLA GIORNATA. It was perfect for my extended family, including my 83 year old mother who loved the walk in shower! Not to mention being prettied up in her own personal solon! 7 of us stayed and everyone had a bed. The large kitchen and dining room were just what we needed. Probably one of the best parts is the lovely screened in back porch! We are birders so we loved watching some bluebirds tending to there nesting box and also sparrow parents feeding their baby. The quiet in the morning is very calming. Perfect for restoring your mind when things get crazy around a wedding!! I corresponded by text with the hosts and they were amazing. Kind and helpful, they responded so promptly. They have everything you need and a good quantity of it! Family who visited us here loved it to! What a hidden gem!!! We loved our stay and highly recommend!!!!!

Perfect stay

We had such a wonderful time. The place was clean and spacious, and the communication with the host was easy and quick. Easy check-in, nice location, just outside of the busyness and traffic of the city, but close enough to everything in GR!

Unique, fun and spacious area for multi family gathering. Although it feels very off the beaten path, the city people found it easily and appreciated the proximity to shopping and retail, as well as Grand Rapids and everything the city offers to do. The people coming from farm areas were not overwhelmed by city..best of both worldsThe rooms are large and spaced well enough that no one feels right on top of anyone... dining table for 10 is great!Would definitely book again!
