Great location, but needs a little TLC

Location is good, but beach space is very limited since sharing with 2 other neighboring condos. Didn't mind it though since conventient walk to such a beautiful clean beach with a. The condo itself needs some updates, master bed rail broken and mattress really uncomfortable. Sheets worn out so much they had tears in them.
