My husband took our teenage son and his friend for a weekend of snowboarding. The condo was the perfect size for the 3 of them. The convenience of the parking garage and the proximity to the lifts was great. Great location and amenities!
Amazing location, clean and quiet place. My family of 3 enjoys every moment here. Definitely recommend for couples or small family of 3 or 4. Coming back next year for sure! Thanks ❤️
Positives: warm, dry, close to Navajo lift, on shuttle stop. Availability of the unit allowed us to enjoy epic powder days at Brian Head. The hot tub and pool were warm and welcoming after skiing, although in the next building, (STRONG chemical vapors made it difficult to enjoy.)
Negatives: Gas fireplace did not work, exhaust from community underground garage flows into unit and could not air out unit as the windows are nailed shut (unsafe fume and fire hazard!!), couch pull out and couch extremely uncomfortable, the two available air mattresses had holes and were unusable, bathroom has weird high step-in side wall that is super sketchy and unsafe, toilet always sounded like it was about to overflow (but never did), toilet room tiny without exhaust fan, shower door falling off, refrigerator not cold even with adjusting, dishes were filthy with old crusted food and lipstick stains. I had to hand wash all the cups, glasses, and cook wear prior to use. Pots and pans with scratched and peeling teflon- disgusting, unsanitary, and unhealthy. Condiments on display and available for use with expiration dates from 2020 and before. Nasty stuff in cabinets and left on counters. Carpets gross and dirty. The electric heater/radiator in living room did not work, fortunately there was a plug-in floor heater available. The bed linens may have been washed, but the blankets definitely don’t get washed between guests. There is a unit above, the people staying there were VERY loud all through the night and early morning. Sounded and felt like they would fall through the ceiling!
The unit was tolerable because we didn't have a choice. Not recommend for more than 2 adults. Ok for 2 adults and 1-2 small children.
Basically the place needs a major update and renting it out is questionable. It was the only unit available in Brian Head at the time of booking. Maybe owners were capitalizing on the demand (?).
Renter beware- this is NOT home away from home, fancy, or lux. VERY budget cabin-type of experience. I hope this helps you understand what you are booking.
