Colo Springs

Disappointed in the property. Smelled like marijuana when we walked in & had my 3 little kids with us. Pictures were VERY misleading of the property. House is very dated and shower in basement is on the front of house with window in it. Minor maintenance issues that haven’t been fixed. Area was fine and the owner communicated well but property was just not at all what we expected when we booked. Price is too high for the quality of house.
