Property pictures are old, light switches were sticky, floors weren’t clean.. turned socks black. Day of reservation I received a notice that it would be 75.00 to turn pool heat on but it could’ve been 50.00 if I asked ahead of time.. no where did it state this at time of reservation. Property was in a locked gate community and on last day the code changed so we were unable to get back in and the company wouldn’t respond to any phone calls.. they did respond via email stating that the code shouldn’t have changed to get in. Luckily a person that lived there let us in so we could retrieve our things.. and not to mention stay the last night there. They also asked me to make sure the recycling was taken to the road on last morning which I did however all three containers were overflowing and one was covered in maggots. The beds appeared clean at least, of my reservation was more than a few nights I would’ve left early.
