Where to begin !
Step inside the front door and you'll be greeted by a large open living room and dining room which has all new furniture and decor. The living room TV has a large 70" flat screen with sound system to make entertaining or movies a big hit.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all new granite counter tops. There is a breakfast nook table overlooking the pool area with seating for 4. The large dining room table is where family gatherings will take place. Off the hallway is den with TV perfect for a kids little retreat to watch their favorite movies.

There is a king size bed Master Bedroom downstairs. The large master bathroom has a shower, dual sinks and a large jetted tub.

There is another queen sized bedroom downstairs that has it's own access to the hallway bathroom.

Upstairs you will find another King size bed master bedroom with it's own ensuite bathroom. There are two other rooms which have two twins beds in each room and another 2 full bathrooms.

Outside is where you'll definitely spend most of your time ! There is an over sized pool deck extending well past the home allowing for sun to reach from dawn to dusk. Jump in the Mickey shaped spa and you'll have a blast basking in the Florida sun. There is a large wading area in the pool allowing kids easy access of lounging in shallow water.

The pool area has a pool safety fence that is to be used for kids safety when the pool is not in use. There is a natural gas pool heater available to be turned on during cooler months. The pool heat is set to 86 degrees and the spa when activated heats up to 100 F. Please inquire on the costs for pool heating prior to your booking if you are interested in this.

There is a full size washer and dryer available at the home there is also a pool table and foosball table in the garage in case of those afternoon showers.

This home is a self catering vacation home. The home is checked in for your arrival and you are provided basic essentials for your check in but laundry detergents, shampoos and personal consumables are your responsibility once the items at the home are used.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. are the guests responsibility. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about these items. The minimum booking age of the lead party must be atleast 25 yrs old. We also do require all loose trash be bagged and placed in the bin for collection prior to departure.

If you did not request pool/spa heat when placing your booking and would like to add this service, please contact us at least a week prior to your arrival, as most pools take up to 24-48 hours to heat from the time it is turned on. If you arrive and wish to add this service, there is a USD 50.00 call out fee in addition to the daily pool/spa heat fees. Gas pool heaters is $40 per day plus tax. Electric pool heat is $30.00 per day plus tax. Pool/spa heat has a 4 consecutive day minimum.

Pool heat is set between 83°F and 86°F. We are unable to adjust this setting. If the temperature is in this range and it is not comfortable for you, the only option would be to turn the pool heat off. There are no refunds provided when this situation occurs.

Spa Heat
If the home has a spa, you must purchase pool heat for it to be warmed. The spa can only be heated by the pool heater. If you purchase pool heat, the spa can only be heated to 100, as the spa is not a hot tub.

Pool Heat and Extreme Low Outdoor Temperatures
All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F. This is a protective mechanism to prevent the pool pump from breaking by over exhausting to compensate for the cooler weather. In this case, the water temperature will indeed fall. Heat will automatically restart once the outside temperature reaches 50°F. Please note there are no refunds provided when this situation occurs.Pool/Spa Heating is only available from Oct 1 through April 30th
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape). A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is in the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the pet policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.


Situated off of HWY 27 in Davenport, Calabay Parc is a secluded and very well kept vacation home community. It features easy access to Interstate 4 and any of the beaches to the East or West coast.

The home has an over sized pool deck and no rear neighbors for added privacy.

Major theme parks are only 15 to 22 miles away.
The community features a kids playground as well.
