Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months). Come and enjoy this big house located in the very desirable Calabay Parc subdivision. Enjoy the space, the beauty of its beautiful rooms, the private pool, the spa (both can be heated with additional payment)... This house is perfect for a family getaway. Golf and park lovers: you will be so centrally located that you will want to return to this vacation home, guaranteed! The property has been completely renovated by an interior designer in October 2017 and looks amazing.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** Pool and SPA heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.

$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.

The upstairs master toilet and shower had drain issues. The floor in the jack n jill was very squeaky and had broken tiles. The floor in the downstairs master toilet room made squishing noises. We were not informed of a required security deposit until a week before check-in. We were told it would be 50

Spacious home good for large families

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home during our Disney vacation. The home was clean and had plenty of room for my large family. The neighborhood was a little further away from the parks than we normally stay but it was nice and quiet. Some of the other places we have stayed there have been all night parties and people yelling in the streets so this neighborhood was much better. I noticed there were a couple things that previous renters had broken such as a closet door in the downstairs master bedroom and the switch on the air hockey table was broken so we could not turn that on. These things did not affect our stay but just as a heads up in case the owner would like to know. There is an alarm on the door leading out to the pool which was a nice safety feature to have with small children in the house. The kids enjoyed their themed bedrooms and utilized the game room quite a lot. Having the washer and dryer is so nice too. There were plenty of bathrooms so getting ready in the morning was easy. Beds were comfortable. When I came home from the parks one night I noticed a helpful neighbor had wheeled our trash barrel to the road for us for the next morning’s garbage pick up. I thought that was very nice that someone was watching out for the property and shows what a nice community it is. Thank you again for sharing your home with us and I would certainly recommend it to others visiting the area.

Would Not Recommend

We were initially really excited about this property, specifically because of the themed rooms. When we got there however, our excitement quickly died out. Firstly, there was no mention that the air would be controlled. We were not allowed to turn it down past 73 degrees and the upstairs was literally a sauna the entire trip. I actually started to hate going 'home' because I knew I would be sweating the entire time. If this would have been mentioned anywhere in their listing or paperwork, we would have stayed somewhere else. But duly noted to make sure for future trips. The toilet in the upstairs master wouldn't flush correctly, and kept getting clogged. The faucet in the same bathroom leaked all over the place when you used the cold side. The standing shower drain didn't drain correctly and I was literally showering in inch deep water. Ew. The faucet in the kitchen also leaked all over the place on cold and the plastic cups were mostly cracked and leaked. The banister to the upstairs is loose and our 18 month old thought that was a fun toy. The fan in the dining room has an electrical problem and kept going from high to low over and over again, but you couldn't not run it because of how hot the house was. There was a random broken chair in the front yard. The pools toys were broken and full of mold. The washer and dryer smelled awful...like musty and clearly never cleaned. We found the cleaning instructions for whoever they use to clean between renters and no where in the instructions does it mention to clean the comforters -- so that's gross. And finally most of the walls are white and therefore have tons of scuffs and marks. It was just one thing after another. If it were my house honestly, I would have been embarrassed to have guests over in it's current condition. I would not recommend this place to anyone and hope the owners do some maintenance as it is desperately needed.

Great stay

This is our second time renting this property and fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, but only a 30 min drive to Disney parks (depending on Florida traffic on the i4). Local publix five mins away for essential shopping. There is a McDonald’s, Denny’s, Chinese takeaway, Burger King, Wendy’s and domino’s all within 5 min drive. We enjoy this property that much that we are looking to book again for next year (as long as dates are free).

A great holiday

Another great stay on Calabay Parc. We’ve stayed on this estate several times as it’s a great central location. Check in process was easy and house was as described. The PS4 and baby equipment were added bonuses. All of the outside furniture and pool toys were put away in the garage before we got there as hurricane Dorian was due as we arrived. A few days later once it had passed through the Management company moved everything back outside for us whilst we were out. There were a few minor issues in the second master (purple) bedroom,, some clothing left in the closet by previous guests and the toilet in the ensuite didn’t really flush properly but these weren’t major problems. Overall a great stay in a lovely house and we were even able to arrange a late check out with management company. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful home!!

Beautiful home! Freezer leaked a little and there is a broken railing on the stairs but those are easy fixes and certainly didn't ruin our stay. Installed baby gate at the top of the stairs was an unexpected plus and they had a pack and play and a PS4!!! The beds must be fairly new, soooo comfortable! Would definitely rent again.

Most horrible VRBO stay ever ! Take this listing off your site!

Cons Leaking sewage pipe through ceiling into light fixture and ceiling in downstairs bedroom. The light fixture was full of brown toilet water. This could of caused an electrical fire. We called the emergency line at 1 am and did not receive a call back until 9 am. We suspect this problem was going on before we arrived because when we got to the property we heard what we thought was a clicking noise but it was actually water dripping. In the Toy story room, one of the beds kept coming off frame and my son had to sleep at a declined angle. The dryer did not work. The handy man said it wasn’t working for the previous tenants and they had to take their stuff to dry it elsewhere. This should of been fixed before we got there. After the dryer was fixed halfway through our trip, the washer started leaking. They came and fixed that. Some of the poles holding the stair railing up fell off as people walked up stairs. Drawers were falling out. All the flooring is not even- it’s on an incline downstairs and someone in our party scraped their foot on one of the tiles coming up. One of the bedroom doors upstairs you have to push open. The shower connected to toy story room sprays everywhere. I mentioned this to handyman and it was not fixed. The toilet in purple bedroom made a noise the entire time. Everyone upstairs was congested- someone should check this property for mold and mildew. Pros Location, size of house and swimming pool. Do not waste your money here. There are tons of places to stay where you wouldn’t have to deal with any of this. I was at magic kingdom on the phone dealing with issues with the rental property instead of enjoying time with my family. We contacted VRBO multiple times to try to get this taken care of. They only offered to refund our last two nights (and we would of had to move all our stuff and find a place when we were going to be at universal the whole day). They didn’t offer to move us to another location or give a partial refund despite ruining our vacation.

Nice house, beautifully decorated and lots of space.

Overall, good experience. Several things wrong or missing. However, the important things were rectified. There were no face towels/wash clothes or hand towels. Also, there was only one kitchen towel. The hot tub didn’t work. The dryer didn’t work well at all, as it took several hours to dry one load of clothes. The blinds to the sliding door looking out to the pool were broken so we couldn’t draw the blings the entire week. Doors on a couple closets were broken. The management did come and bring towels and fix the closet doors. He was very kind! The house could have been cleaned better. Poor dusting of the main TV console in the living room and the sinks in two bathrooms were not cleaned well (toothpaste in one). Some hair on bathroom floors, bathroom sink, and kitchen counter. Sheets on the beds in the Mickey room were not clean. Overall, not horribly dirty but certainly needs to be cleaned better for guests. Again, Kevin was great! Got us towels the next day very quickly and fixed what he was able to fix.

Awesome Home!

My only complaint was the complaining neighbor next door. Myself, my sister and my mom were in the pool late one night and we were talking very low and the next door was very rude and complaining about noise. We were not making loud noises. We were talking very low.

Nice Place!

This home is very nice. There were some small issues that should have been taken care of before we arrived such as: some bulbs out, small bin of trash left in game room which gave the game room a bad odor (which was taken out by a handy man later), one drawer in kitchen was hanging at an angle in its slot and there were a couple of other small issues mentioned to Yann but nothing TOO serious. The floors could also use a little dusting. However overall this place is VERY nice and along with comfortable furniture. This lovely home is close to attractions, great restaurants, lots of fun shopping. I will definitely recommend this place for friends getaway and family vacation . My group and I really enjoyed our time here. Also the pool was great! Thank Again! Laronda

House is beautiful.. maintenance was very poor. Screws was falling out of cupboards and chairs. Pool lights did not work . No outside lights for pool area . neighbors are rude because you are a "renter" . Trash and recycling bins are are not marked and they expect you to take it to the road, which is no big deal but there are three different days on the same paper . And if you don't don't get cans back to house in time you get charged. So on trash day don't plan anything. Dirty towels on bed when we arrived. So over all the house is just ok. Nothing special. Poor maintenance. Even after calling no solution..

Beautiful house avoid the old in a golf cart that harrases people

Beautiful house, very centric. Besides the old man in a golf cart in the afternoon harassing us about a vehicle literally touching the grass next to the driveway by a quarter inch warranted him to knock on my door and complain every afternoon. Other than that no issues here.

Would Stay Again! Beautiful Home! Great Customer Service!

We just got back from 6 nights and had a wonderful time! This is a beautiful home that was clean and nice and had everything we needed! We would stay again and enjoyed ourselves very much. Would recommend to future guest! Will skip paying for the heat for the pool next time. The only thing I would recommend for improvement is adding a gas grill on the patio.

All we hoped for!

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Rooms are decorated with comfortable and modern furniture. It's clean and newly renovated. The beds are comfy and the air condition works well - a plus in the near record heat when we were there. We enjoyed the fabulous pool and hot tub, whichYann ( our manager/owner) so kindly came over to adjust for us. It was perfect! This home is in a quiet ,friendly neighbourhood where you can see people taking daily walks and strike up some friendly conversations. We appreciated the high chair , play yard/ crib and stroller provided for our granddaughter. The home is so spacious, clean and refreshing ( photos are exact to the real thing ) . We've stayed at several homes in the area, and this one is our favourite by far! Thanks Yann for our enjoyable stay. Hope to come back!

Beautiful home with great pool, spa, and game room!!!!

We absolutely enjoyed the home. The rooms were huge and they had everything we could think of needing. They even had pool toys for the kids. Our little girls lived the blow-up unicorn!! It was the best little touch. The bedrooms were gorgeous and the beds were so comfortable. The only downfall was that we were so busy, that we didn't get to spend more time enjoying it. But we made the best choice, and the price was amazing. It was in a perfect location, too. We were so close to everything!!! We have never stayed at a home like this before, and we will definitely be trying to get this home or another one of Yann and David's homes each year we visit!!! Thank you guys again so much!!!!

Perfect house for family vacation

As a family, 3 couples, we stay 14 days in this house and it was perfect. Everything was in place for us. DEFINITELY NOT LUXURY! IF YOU HAVE OPTIONS-DONT CHOOSE THIS PLACE!

Below was the original email we sent the property managers Yann and David -they were very disregarding of our complaints & actually said their property was fabulous& they were surprised we didn't make our beds prior to checkout-LOL. Yann sent me back an email which said I was trying to get compensated& that the comments I listed were not relevant. We arrived at the home at 2AM on Wednesday and were woken up early in the morning by carpet cleaners ringing the door to come clean a spot on the floor. Followed by the carpet cleaner was Yann asking for our paperwork (which my husband had already sent and I emailed and texted him copies of our licenses etc.). We were not even there but for a few hours and I noticed how dirty the home was. I really was disgusting - the baseboards were visibly dirty and there were actual handprints on the doors. My son even found dirty rubber gloves next to his night stand- YUCK I KNOW!!! I mentioned these things that morning when we were woken up by the carpet cleaners and Yann he brushed it off & the horrific We travel weekly and have used many VRBOs & this one had the most issues of any we have stayed at - they will be listed below as well as on site: 1.The kitchen was unclean - the pantry looked dirty- there were dirty handprints and fingerprints on the doors 2- there was dirt and junk between the fridge and side 3. The door to patio had prints and dirt on it 4. The rug in the living areas were not vacuumed and could feel food or whatever when you walk on it 5. Under the TV stand in living area - there was dirt and dust and Goggles someone had left 6. The DOWNSTAIRS TOILET DID NOT WORK AND WAS MAKING A LOUD CHIRPING NOISE - OWNER TOLD IS HE WOULD FIX IT AND DID NOT **UPSTAIRS 1. Gross orange hand prints on the doors 2. Dirty gloves left under the table inn the room 3. BABY GATE WAS BROKEN AND DANGEROUS - OWNER TOLD US HE WOULD FIX IT BUT DID NOT 4. BATHROOMS WERE GROSS AND SMELLED LIKE URINE 5. ONE BATHROOM HAD ANTS IN IT AND ANOTHER BATHROOM BUG IN TUB NO TOILET PAPER STOCKED - NO PAPER TOWELS STOCKED - NO LAUNDRY DETERGENT - NO LIQUID DISH DETERGENT - HAD TO BUY ALL OF THESE - NO SHAMPOO - NO CONDITIONER OVERALL THIS REALLY DAMPENED OUR ENJOYMENT AS YOU ADVERTISED THIS PROPERTY AS LUXURY - WE HAD OUR CUSTOMERS STAY WITH US AND WE'RE VERY EMBARRASSED ********The hot tub never heated higher then the pool - we would like our money back for paying for the heat because it was too cold to get in. ********
