This condo in Daytona Beach Shores has spectacular views of both the beach sunrises & Riverview sunsets from the 6th floor private balconies, community amenities, comfortable space with all your essentials, and beach gear to have an amazing stay in Florida. The well stocked condo is right across from the beach and in a quiet area that is close to the tourist attractions (about 6 miles to the Crab Shack Pier) and right in between Ponce Inlet & New Smyrna Beach.

The home is well stocked with beach towels, beach gear, coffee, creamer, and shampoo/conditioner/soaps to get your vacation started.

There is a collapsible buggy inside the condo to make your beach visit easy.. The beach is located right across the street and is at the end of the drive on beach, so you can choose to go right to the no drive on beach, or left to the drive on beach! We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach bag, too.

The main stereo in the entertainment center has Bluetooth connection.

Other things to note
Upon arrival, use the gate call box to be buzzed in. Self check-in is available via keypad code at the condo door. Inside, you will find a gate fob for easy access throughout the rest of your stay.
Please note the following:
Guest must be 25 or older to book
Lost key bracelets are subject to a $75 replacement fee
This property is not wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator, however approximately 6 steps are required to reach it
Ring camera is located at the front door for security purposes only

We were pleased with our stay. The condo has a great view of the ocean from the room. Even being across the street from the beach front, we had a wonderful view between the other buildings across the street. The unit was well stocked with necessities, was clean, and communication was wonderful.

We love the Ocean Terrace Club, and we really love this condo! Hosts are super-responsive. Condo is well-equipped and furnished nicely. The bed was comfy, so was the couch for both sitting and napping, lol! I loved the balcony, it had a bar-height table and chairs and a small sectional sofa for lounging. I spent as much time out there as I could. The location of the building is great, just across the street from the beach and right at an access point for both driving and non-driving sections. We are coming back next year!!

I had a great stay at Michelle's condo and would happily return. The balcony and ocean views were outstanding and made for a very relaxing experience.The condo was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially liked the modern décor and furnishings, which gave the unit a fresh and inviting feel. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was exactly as described.I also appreciated how thoughtfully equipped the condo was. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, and helpful extras, making it easy to prepare meals. Small touches such as dishwasher pods and a prepaid laundry card for the building's washer and dryer made the stay especially convenient. It was clear that attention had been paid to the details that help guests feel at home.The location is excellent with easy beach access and beautiful views. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend Michelle's condo to anyone visiting Daytona Beach Shores.
