Fun Getaway
This home was a great landing spot while we explored Phoenix! The home and neighborhood were quaint and we enjoyed morning and evening walks with the dogs at the adjacent park. The back porch was a great spot for coffee in the mornings and evening hangouts. Rachel and Patrick were very accommodating and the home had the cutest touches. Really enjoyed our long weekend there!

Opening in 1928, this unique community included 42 home lots backing up to a 3-acre “secret” park surrounded by trees. We are a close community, our neighbors are our friends, and we love that we can share our home and Idylwilde Park with our guests.

What makes this property unique

A colorful and uniquely decorated interior. A Jack & Jill restroom separates the two bedrooms. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. There is a fully stocked kitchen, vintage working stove, Keurig, AirFryer, and much more. The laundry room is fully stocked. The front and backyard are fenced. Dog-friendly. A gas BBQ grill in the backyard.
