Modern & Clean Home!

Our stay was wonderful! We were visiting our son in Chicago and ended up being walking distance to his home. The home provided all the necessities and the beds we’re comfortable with nice linens. We additionally loved the fenced in backyard for our dog.

Disappointed with this experience. The communication with the host was poor, we had to reach out to Vrbo the day before arrival to ensure we received check-in instructions. The unit is a two-story with very thin floor/ceilings; the upstairs guests were extremely loud, hosting people until 5 a.m., as a result we got no sleep. We tried contacting the host multiple times through the app, phone, and text with no response. The host finally replied the next day, apologized, but confirmed those same guests would remain. We chose not to stay another night as we did not want to risk a repeat experience.Also, worth noting, the smart TVs did not work (one in the living area would not connect to wifi). Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the positive reviews that led us to book, and we would not recommend this stay.

House is not stocked well. Four towels but no wash cloths, dish cloths or hand towels to be found. Hot water was iffy at best. We were lucky for one to get a hot shower. The WiFi signal is not strong enough to support the smart tv. We could not even connect to local channels

This property is great

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, walking distance from supermarkets and restaurants. It is clean and functional. Mark is a great host and communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed. There is space for parking in the garage on the property. There is a fully operating kitchen if you want to cook. The fridge is clean and spacious. Both rooms have a walk-in closet. We stayed a week and were very happy. We highly recoment this property.

Chicago trip

This modern apartment is great with excellent location. We spent 6 nights in this apartment while visiting Chicago. We were able to access to a few restaurants around the neighborhood within 10 mins drive. Mark is very easy to reach over through messaging. It is a clean and update apartment with a backyard in a good neighborhood.

Lovely and comfortable place!

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, and modern. Just as the pictures in the listing, everything is spotless. It has everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with easy access to subway, buses, supermarket and close by restaurants. The host was very attentive, always making sure that we were doing well; all communication was done on-time and in a efficient and polite manner.

Clean, convenient, classy

This apartment was very clean and bright indoors. The appliances and fixtures appear to be high-quality. It is extremely convenient to public transit (blue line train direct to the city and to O'Hare). It worked very well for my cousin-in-law and I to stay there after he was discharged from Loyola Medical Center and had follow-up appts there every second day. It was very easy to book Ubers back and forth to the hospital. We esp. appreciated having a dishwasher and washing machine.
