When I flew down to view this property, it was far better than I could have ever expected! Not only was the Condo so cozy and clean, the location was better than any others I viewed. Lake Havasu City has so much to offer and I knew immediately that this was the City and the Condo I wanted to launch my Short Term Rental. I'm so happy to be sharing it with You! Here's to making some amazing memories!
What makes this property unique
Community has year around pool & hot tubs and is in walking proximity to the all that Lake Havasu has to offer! Boat parking is available, too!
