Summary:

"Lover Buoy" is a romantic oceanfront condo that sleeps four with a king bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and two bathrooms. It is located about a block from the beach with private access. Guests can enjoy the on-site game room. Up to two well-behaved furry companions are welcome. A standard pet fee applies.



The Space:

This charmingly appointed condo boasts unique touches that make it feel like your home away from home! Enjoy the privacy of the King bed in the bedroom, or opt for the Queen sofa sleeper in the living room to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The living room highlights a gas fireplace to enjoy a cozy stay on even the rainiest of Oregon Coast days. When it comes time to get ready for the day's adventures, you'll find two full bathrooms with a tub/shower combination. Plenty of space for everyone to get ready! 



Lover Buoy also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, microwave, and a small dining table to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.



The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, as well as a game room. Surftides Plaza Condominiums also features close and easy beach access, so guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.



Surftides Plaza Condominiums is conveniently located next to restaurants, shopping, and the casino, but the best part is the easy access to the beach. The Surftides Plaza Condos have private beach access on the other side of the street for guests to easily and quickly get their toes in the sand. Enjoy a nightcap on the balcony with the comfy chairs provided. Lover Buoy will undoubtedly be your new home away from home on the Oregon Coast.

2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.

Thanksgiving Retreat

This Condo was just the right size for 2 people. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it had a great ocean view from the living room. The only thing we didn't care for ( that the owner had no control over) was the noise from the condo above. We stayed a week, and had several people during the week, some with dogs, and some with kids.

Nice little condo on the beach front

My boys and I stayed here and it was great. The kitchen had just the right amount of things. I was surprised to see some of the amenities. A vacuum, plenty of linen and nice kitchen area. Being dog friendly was amazing. Only small complaint was there were two doors with key pads when arriving (one on the left and one straight ahead), we had to call and have them reset the code because the code in our email didn't work. Im not sure if it was me using the wrong door or an error in the process. Either way, this was a great get away and we enjoyed it tremendously!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed the space and size of the condo. The condo felt very homey. Definitely felt like a nice getaway. The only thing that I'd bring up is the bed in the main bedroom was very soft (I know some people like a soft bed) it just wasn't for us. And the people above us were up until about 2am last night stomping and making a bunch of noise. With that being said, I would stay here again, just maybe on the upper floors with the hopes that some of the mattresses are firmer.

The location was great and we loved seeing the ocean from our balcony. Bed was very comfy and we loved the fact that our pups could come with us. However, the condo was not very clean. There was sand everywhere, cutting board had old breadcrumbs on it, the place had a strange smell and the bedroom windows had something growing on them.. The pool area was nice but beware that there is no security in the area 24/7. There was a drunk man (who was not staying in the property) trying to get into the hot tub naked (the pool area had kids swimming) which we had to deal with since there wasn’t really any security. We also heard that the keypad to the pool area came off at some point and people could not get in. Obviously this incident at the pool is not on the hosts but does affect the safety of the property.

This property was excellent for the price. Some reviews knock down the rating due to some things, but you have to consider the price you are paying for this, which is cheap for an ocean view and easy beach access property in Lincoln city. Yes you can hear your neighbors above you, but we brought a box fan for white noise when we sleep which masked the footsteps above. The kitchen did not have a spatula and some other basic utensils, so be prepared for that. It did have forks, spoon and knives. Thot skillets were cheap and warped so had to be cautious while cooking, but the worked. The ocean view has power wires in your view as well as the places across the street, but it was still good and you can relax on the balcony and hear the waves crashing on the shore. The pet area was bad, but there are two parks across the street that we used. Sounds like complaints, and they would be for a place that you would pay 2 or 3 times more for, but here it is just info for future renters. Overall a great place for the price and plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. I would definately stay again, just bring a spatula and some large spoons for cooking.

My family and I really enjoyed the unit. The pictures just didn't do it justice, it was so much better in person. We loved the pool, we loved the ability to cook meals in our kitchen, also loved the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The bathrooms was great plus the water pressure was perfect. We were a little worried at first with the lack of info within the website we booked through, but once there all worries were eliminated. We also felt great about what we paid, it didn't break the bank to have a fun family vacation. We definitely will be coming back. The only thing we felt could use an upgrade was the couches, they seemed to be worn in and were not comfortable. But we are still very grateful to have found such a wonderful place to be. The management team was amazing, and made us feel valued and solved all issues we thought we had. Thank you for everything, it was our 16th year anniversary, and we ended up getting to spend it at such a wonderful place.
