This spacious home is approximately 10 miles from the casinos, a 15-minute drive from Heavenly, 20 minutes from Sierra-at-Tahoe, and Kirkwood is a short 30-minute drive. This charming home is nestled back in the forest, where you can enjoy the sounds of the river in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a one-level home with 3 bedrooms and a double garage with an EV charger. Spacious Riverfront is approximately 2,300 square feet.

*Due to the elevation and snowfall on the roads surrounding this property during the winter months, 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Please reach out to our reservations team with any questions

Very clean and nicely equipped vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleased by this rental. Its location is very nice, it is spacious and equipped with really everything we needed.
