This 1.25-acre escape features a 5-bedroom/3-bath southern home complete with heated 85-degree indoor swimming pool, Entertainement room with reclining chairs and a smart 75" Plasma TV along with snacks for provided for your enjoyment, the Living room also has seating on a very comfortable couch and a 55" smart TV with access to sports and different apps and Pet Friendly with a non-refundable fee.

Events & More: Considering a unique venue for weddings or graduation parties? We offer event hosting (with prior approval and a fee). If its just a small get together there is no fee. There's also our larger Airbnb, "RusticTexasCabin," just down the road.

The home features a large kitchen complete with island seating, granite counters, coffee bar with an expresso machine,12-cup coffeemaker and all of the important kitchen amenities (wine glasses, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils & spices).

Pool is completely private and built in the house with access from living Room and two doors from the outside. the pool is heated at 85" and is completely enclosed with a private bathroom. The pool has a measurement of 10’x28’ and has steps leading to a depth of 2’ and gradually gets to 5 1/2”.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located in the back of the house with two doors to the pool and offers a King size bed, Fireplace and ensuite bathroom. there are bedrooms in front of the house that share a hall bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms are located in the on the side and share a bathroom but also have private sinks in the walk-in closet and bedroom close to the kitchen that has a queen bed. There are 2 twin size cots available for your use which allow us to accommodate up to 15 guests.

The beds are super comfy and spacious, there are plenty of towels and all your basic needs will be provided for with welcoming details, as we strive to give you a five-star stay! Excellent WIFI with a private modem accommodates.

Check-in (3:00 unless otherwise discussed):
Your front door entrance will be keypad coded so Your group can come and go as you please at check-in time, without the hassle of keys!

Check-out (11:00 am unless otherwise discussed): Checkout list is provided online and also on the kitchen counter on arrival.
