Guest Access:
● You are welcome to use the river at your own risk. Do not allow children near the river without adult supervision.
● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed. The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking will be cancelled with no refund.
● Parking for up to 4 vehicles.
● Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated with a fee. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.
● Early check-in/late check-out - $75 each. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.
● Late check-out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500

● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

Getting Around:
Car, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

You must travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy, including the road and driveway leading to our property.

Other Things to Note:
Dog fee is $150 per dog. Please let us know how many dogs you intend to bring so we can properly vet and send the appropriate request for payment.

Guests are required to register online with Winona Lakes no less than 2 days from the arrival date. A registration form will be sent to you that must be filled out immediately. There is no fee for registration.

● Unfortunately, renters have no access to the community amenities

Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID after booking confirmation.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Super Foodtown, Price Chopper, Weis Markets, & CVS

SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES:
● The property has two exterior security cameras on-site. One Ring doorbell camera is located at the main entry door. The other security camera is located on a tree trunk at the top of the steps at the lower parking area.

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
