This was the perfect house for our family. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was very responsive to emails. This had everything we needed to enjoy home cooked meals, keep the toddler entertained, and have short drives to explore the mountain areas and downtown Denver. We will stay here again.

Host was easy to communicate with and the house was perfect! Everything was very well stocked and very very clean. Backyard was wonderful and house had many kids toys. House was not far from multiple amenities: shops, restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet. Would stay here again!

What an amazing property! Not one thing missing or out of place, nothing was lacking. Clean and fresh, well appointed, perfect location for our family's get together in nearby Highlands Ranch. As a GC I can tell that great care and pride has gone into the renovation of this home, very impressive, definitely in the top ranks of any we've stayed in. Thank you Cole for having us and being a knowledgeable, attentive and professional host. We will without a doubt return if possible.

Excellent rental, fully equipped and fit an extended family with kids really well. Super cute playhouse for the littlest kids in the backyard was a hit. Wish we could have more time off to stay longer. Host was responsive and helped ensure easy check in.

Host was very proactive in communicating. An example of this was that the electricity went out on the block one morning and he reached out to see if we needed anything. The house is very well organized and very well stocked like you would expect at home with a good selection of spices, dishes and cookware and games for entertainment. House was well designed with good private and public spaces. Remodeled very recently and do in great shape.

The house was great for an our family stay. We had two toddlers and 4 pairs of adults visiting Denver for a wedding. The backyard has a great playhouse with toys inside. The basement arcade room was excellent for rainy days. The kitchen and living room was great for family style dinners. Most of all Cole’s communication and care made our stay easy and complete. We would definitely stay here again.
