Spring Break

The townhome was great. The location is great. Everything was clean. It had plenty of extra towels and sheets. The kitchen could have used an extra baking sheet. We did encounter a few issues. The first night the oven would not heat up. The stove top worked great. Vacasa sent someone out Sunday morning to address it. It wasn’t able to be fixed. Vacasa bought us a countertop oven which worked for the time being. The next issue was a water leak on the other side of the kitchen sink. We didn’t notice it until the night before we left. Which is no one’s fault at all. The townhouse was comfortable and nicely updated. We would definitely stay again. Vacasa was great to work with and I will book again.

OK if you’re not spending a lot of time in the condo.

This place is a very quick walk to the beach. Easy gated access. The Vacasa office folks were responsive to concerns, needs when I called. The condo is not as big as I thought it might be from the pictures. It was tight for 5 adults.

This property has an amazing location to the beach, as well as walking distance to many activities. The 7 of us fit perfectly in this property. We will stay again!
