Two massive decks - one screened - offer breezy outdoor living and showcase spectacular sunset vistas over the water. A gas grill provides the makings for a backyard barbecue and the lawn area is sure to be the home's crowning jewel. Complete with a sparkling in-ground pool that can be heated during the on-season, the sprawling patio will be an entertainer's dream, featuring multiple seating areas, an outdoor dining table, a built-in spa (not a hot tub), and a firepit. When you're not going for a refreshing swim, cornhole is available for everyone to enjoy.

Nearby attractions include Back Bay National Wild Life Refuge, Little Island Park and Fishing Pier, The Virginia Beach Boardwalk, The Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Museum, and Ocean Breeze Water Park. Bring your fishing gear to the dock for a mellow day or explore the waters at your leisure on your own kayak, canoe, or SUP. Be sure to take the provided beach gear which includes eight beach towels and chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach cart for your sandy excursions. With the beach only a short stroll from home, you're guaranteed a fun day in the sun every time you go!

Strong natural lighting and an open-concept floor plan set the stage for group gatherings inside. A river rock fireplace anchors the family room and plush sofas offer a comfy spot to relax. The roomy full kitchen comes with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, along with all the cookware and utensils you'll need for easy at-home meal planning. There's a large smart TV in the living area and each bedroom includes its own TV for added convenience.

Everyday essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
