This is a super affordable single family detached house with 3 bedrooms and a separate studio [ 4th bedroom ] which sleeps 10 guests. You’ll love the location of my place because its a few minutes walk to the trail head of North mountain and equal distance between Scottsdale and downtown phoenix.. If you are looking for great value, plenty of space and a big yard to relax in - you have found the place! You will have the entire property to yourself and lots of space to relax in.
