This Gulf Shores condo rental is located on the 8th floor and features a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The updated kitchen is fully equipeed with items needed to prepare meals during your stay. There are brand new tile showers in both bath rooms for you to enjoy!

The master suite features a King bed and a private bath. The guest bedroom has a Queen and there is a sofa-sleeper in the living room to add spaces for sleeping. The unit features a private balcony with access from the living room. This condo sleeps 6 guests.

The unit also features a stack washer and dryer and free wifi.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES

Royal Palms is located one mile East of Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores, adjacent to Gulf State Park. Property amenities include free wireless internet, outdoor grills, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and limited covered parking.

PARKING PASSES

One parking pass is included with your reservation. You may purchase 1 additional parking from us if you request it advance of your arrival. There are a maximum of 2 passes allowed per reservation. The cost of parking is managed by the HOA for each complex and may change without advance notice.

Regular parking passes are $60 per vehicle. The Hangout Festival Parking Passes are $150 per vehicle which is a special yearly event.

Great getaway!

Keyless entry was so convenient, the upgraded showers were very nice! Comfortable bed in master on gulf side was nice and quiet and if you open the window you can hear the waves! Oversized balcony with a great view of the beach, we even saw dolphins swimming by. Pools, steam sauna and hot tub make this place a must! White sand beach so beautiful, nice that it’s on the end by the state park, less crowded ! elevator and carts make moving in and out a breeze. This was our second stay in this unit, would stay again!

Very nice condo

The condo was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and look forward to visiting again. I will definitely try to book this particular condo when we take our next trip to the beach.
