This facility is a time share facility that we were renting from a member. We knew this going in and knew we had no interest in the sales pitch’s offered and our decline was met with grace from the staff. With that said it was a beautiful experience and place, the location was perfectly located, the condo was well appointed, super clean and everything we needed for our 9 day stay. It had an elevator, huge plus!! And even rolling carts to transport our belongings . We would stay here again without hesitation.

Convenient location

Close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and the Old Mill. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Upon checking in they do try to talk you into attending a 90 minute presentation just so you are aware. We declined and no one pressured us about it again. The one bedroom condo was a great size. Had everything we needed for our stay. There was a lot of noise with people walking above us and could hear every time a toilet flushed above us. While the condo was clean, the carpets need to be deep cleaned since the bottom of my white socks literally turned black. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here.
