At check-in things were great until we were pressured into joining a presentation the next morning. 1.5 hrs turned into a high pressure sales pitch that took 3 hrs. The room was clean but we were suppose to have a balcony and our room did not have one. The pool area was OK but crowded all day as well as the fitness room. It was full of 10-12 year olds just folding off while others were wanting to get in a good workout. We were told that we would get our money back in the vacation for another venue but it also comes with a 90-120 min sales presentation. We lost 1/2 day total of our 3 night trip. This was no fault of the owner, but the resort seemed like a trap…. The positives are: great location, many amenities are offered, many activities throughout the day, and easy exit when it’s time to leave.
