Our home has 4 units all under one roof that your group can rent all for yourselves. We have 4 separate 2 bedroom 1 bath units all with their own kitchen and living space and private locked off entrance! All 4 units have a king bed in one room with the second room having double sized bunks. The units also offer a nice sized living area with plenty of seating and a kitchen if you prefer to eat in during your stay.

Our four 2-bedroom units all under one roof is a great choice for your group. We can give your group a lot of space and plenty of privacy all at the same time!
You will have a king-sized bed in the master along with double bunks in the second bedroom. The living rooms has plenty of room to hang out and relax along with a kitchen to allow you to eat in if you choose!
We also provide off street parking along with plenty of on street free parking.
We have a keyless entry system which allows you to come and go with a code instead of a key.
We will not be at the property but are local and available at any time!
We are located just outside of downtown (1.5 miles) and to the west of Germantown. We are a very short drive to everything Nashville's downtown and Germantown have to offer!
Our home is very centrally located. We are a very short uber/lyft ride to all of downtown and Nashville's best neighborhoods.
Looking for something unique? Our Nashville Recording Artist will come to our property and play a private set! Ask us how! His name is Noah Alan and you can find his original music on all platforms!
Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guest amenities. This includes but is not limited to:

Birthday Getaway

The accommodations were perfect for my large group of friends to meet and celebrate a milestone birthday down on Broadway. We had plenty of space to get ready and relax before and after the celebration and the beds were very comfortable.

Awesome place

This is (I think) a renovated old apartment house. So there are 4 flats. It's in a pretty bad neighborhood, but it is located so close to so many attractions that I think it's worth it. When we pulled up, I thought we had the wrong address because it was an old apartment house. Our hearts sank a little when we opened the door and saw only the old staircase connecting the flats. But when we opened each of the doors...holy smokes. Each flat was amazing! Everyone loved it.

Highly recommend

We had a group of 22 people go to nashville for a weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! The location was great. Close to everything we wanted to do. And the owner was very quick getting back to us whenever I contacted them. Would HIGHLY recommend this home!!

We love Nashville, so naturally we want to share our little piece of it with others. The city is amazing and has so much to offer in addition to all of the great music and food it has plenty of culture and history, too.

Outside of Nashville we love to travel and have a goal to visit every country in the world. We have a long way to go, but we are working on it one map pin at a time!

This property is unique! Especially for larger groups that like to have a little privacy of their own but still be across the hall from each other in a private home that is all just for you! You are walking distance to the Farmers Market and Bicentennial Park and just a short Uber ride to all of the downtown action.
