-Must be 25 to book
-All guests under 25 must be related to a guest that is 25+ and case by case for chaperoned stays e.g. sports teams, organized groups etc.
-Must have 2+ positive reviews to book, case by case
-No pets allowed, $500 fine will incur if evidence of pets are found
-No more than 4 cars allowed and all must fit fully within the driveway
-No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors or premises of the building, $500 fine for each violation
-14 max people on the property at all times, No events, parties or gathering of any kind, $500 fine for each violation
-No late checkout, you must be out before 10am as the cleaners will be showing up at that time. A $200 fee for a late checkout violation.
-Photo id may be required upon check in
-no heavy cooking, no aromatic foods, no gutting or cleaning of fish/shellfish or game animals inside the property.
-Please be aware that our canal waterfront area is currently not fully developed. However, you can still enjoy fishing from the bank and, with some effort, potentially launch a kayak.
-There is a video doorbell installed on the exterior of the home on the front door as a theft deterrent. No cameras are placed inside. The camera may be on and used to verify compliance with rental policies. Tampering, unplugging or disabling the video doorbell may result in a fine of $500 per incident and may result in eviction. Please do not unplug any wall adapters or power strips these effect the internet, door lock and the security camera, you will be charge for a service fee to send a tech to fix it.
-Friday afternoons, dependening on weather, the landscapers and pool tech will service the pool and property. If you are in the pool at that time you may be asked to get out while they work on the property. They must be able to perform their work to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the property.
- pool rules: No glass containers are allowed in or around the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers to avoid any accidents and ensure the safety of all guests.
No running, diving, or horseplay is permitted in the pool area. Please exercise caution and follow the designated pool safety guidelines at all times.
Rinse off all sand and excessive sunblock before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness and water quality.
Please refrain from using the pool if you have had diarrhea, stomach illness, or any other contagious illness within the past two weeks to prevent the spread of infections.
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times in the pool area.
Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels at a reasonable level, especially during the designated quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.
In case of thunderstorms or severe weather conditions, please exit the pool and seek shelter indoors until it is safe to resume pool activities.
Please use the pool responsibly and refrain from any actions that may damage or disrupt the pool or poolside amenities.
All non–toilet-trained guests (including those in diapers) must wear swim diapers or rubber swim pants. Guests will cover any additional pool cleaning, draining or refilling costs if the pool is soiled by bodily fluids or trash.
