You are close enough to walk to the beach, dining and shops, but tucked away enough for privacy in the quiet neighborhood of "The Cove." This house has it all! Your own private heated pool, 6 seater golf cart, beach chairs, outdoor kitchen with gas grill and outdoor shower. This new 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath new construction home is an entertainers dream and the perfect home for a comfortable and luxurious vacation.

-Master King Bedroom w/ensuite, smart TV, shower and tub.

Loved the proximity to the beach. Great floor plan for multiple ages and families! Pool was fantastic to swim in while cooking on the outdoor grill. Golf cart was a nice addition for traveling to the beach or down 30A. Would definitely stay here again!

Every room is decorated so nice, the beds were so comfortable, and having a golf cart on site made it easier to get around. The house is close to the Gulf Place area where there are many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. This area is definitely less crowded than further down 30A headed towards seaside. I love that not as many people vacation down on this side. It makes it easier to get around. The public beach access is also right down the street.

The house has everything you could dream of, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel at home.We loved gathering around the large kitchen table for meals and game nights. The pool was a great spot to cool off and hang out together.The golf cart was incredibly convenient for trips to the beach and came in handy for quick runs back to the house—whether for lunch, something we forgot, or just to head out to one of the fantastic restaurants along 30A.Thank you so much for opening your home to our family again. We picked this house because of the 4 bedrooms with attached baths. Everything was clean, the kitchen provided what we needed for the 3 meals we cooked at the house, the pool was a great size and the house was perfect for 4 couples. I can only speak for the one queen room we stayed in upstairs but the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we ended up back in Santa Rosa or Miramar Beach
