We are a family of four with a 9 and 11 yr old who fell in love with Anna Maria upon our first visit. We owned a rental property near our Hudson Valley primary residence, and decided to sell that in 2020 to be able to return to this dreamy island as often as possible.

Why they chose this property

This is the perfect location in a beautiful, well kept community. Mid island location makes it easy to get on and off the island or easily access Bradenton Beach or North End. There are two, heated community pools and tennis and pickleball. Gorgeous grounds and a direct view of the bay from the porch. Super convenient to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach.
