This ground level Efficiency Condo is located adjacent to the Beech Mountain Ski Resort Tubing Hill and the end of Parking Lot #2 make this a very convenient option for a couple, or 3 people Max. Unit has a new King Bed and a Twin Sleeper fold out chair. Full Bathroom, Kitchen, and Deck. This unit will also accept 1 medium sized Dog as well. Cute and comfortable this is a great option for those that do want to be able to walk into the Ski Village and not fight the parking. Perfect for short stays during Winter and during months for Resort activities or Accessing the Private Beech Mountain Club via the Membership Transfer Program providing access to Golf, Pool, Dining, Tennis, Pickleball and all Club Amenities.
Unit has a new Full Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator (No Ice Maker). Coin Laundry is available in the Holiday Beech Villas Clubhouse as this unit does not have a Washer/Dryer. Large Flat Screen smart TV with Cable or Stream your favorites. Wireless Internet included.
A Parking Pass is Required and will be issued at Check-in, a refundable security deposit of $50.00 is collected - this is refunded as long as parking Pass is returned at Check-out. Only One parking pass issued per booking.
