Great stay

Great location in little Havana. Nice house with plenty of beds. Walking distance to some bars, great restaurants, and the marlins baseball stadium. We really enjoyed our stay

LOVED!

This house was so great for a large group. There was plenty of space and the backyard with the pool was a perfect place to hang out. The host was so easy to work with and very responsive. I would stay here again with a group!

Bachelor/Bachelorette Party!

Accommodated our group of 15 adults! There were plenty of beds for each person to have their own bed, and plenty of restrooms to accommodate everyone without feeling crowded. We all had a wonderful time!

Exactly as described!

Accommodations were exactly as posted. We had most everything we needed. Our party included 6 kids and they thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. Check in and check out was super simple and hassle free.

Good property for a large group

The property is in need of a little TLC but the value was on-point. The neighborhood is a little funky but made for some great stories. It's in Little Havana so you are likely to see more roosters roaming around the streets than people! It's a few blocks from 8th street with lots of fun restaurants and bars. The backyard was spacious and suitable for a large group. There is a lack of closet space (none except small laundry room) and the rooms in the main house are small. But the value is there which is what we were seeking for our large group and the 2 smaller units in the backyard worked perfectly for our group.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This property looked great in photos but it was far from it. I stayed here in July with my friends and there was MOLD all over the walls which was wall papered over. There was also a bug infestation and we couldn't sleep in one of the rooms due to the bugs from the window crawling into the bed. The back house also had an awful smell to it. The ACs at one point stopped working and we needed to call for help. The outdoor furniture is old and broken and then when we went to use the grill it had no propane and we were told that was on us to refill it? I have never ever been told I needed to bring my own propane when I am flying in from out of state and have no way of getting it. We paid a decent amount of money to stay here and it was NOT worth it. When I reached back out to the renter for a well deserved return I was told I would only get $200 back as an inconvenience fee even though we lost thousands renting to stay here. We were even actively looking to stay elsewhere while we were there.
