This spacious family friendly 3 bedroom + 3 bath condo is 3800 sq ft located inside Grand Marina Villas. Fully equipped kitchen with purified water. Dining area for 6, open living area with Smart TV & Total Play cable channels. The covered Patio is 1,300 sq ft with BBQ; it is a beautiful oasis with a relaxed seating area, a dining room table that seats 6-8 comfortably, a cozy hammock all surrounded by lush greenery and lighting to make it the ultimate outdoor retreat.
