Make some memories at this unique, family-friendly riverfront property. The backyard river has great fishing, bald eagles, 2 acres of lawn to enjoy, and a barbeque for grilling! When inside, there's a hot tub, 4 large TVs, a pool table, board games, and a fully loaded kitchen to enjoy. The house is close to the peaceful town of Walton and state land for foraging, hiking, and hunting. There is parking on site and the house sleeps 6 people on beds & 5 extra on the sofas & with available queen mattresses.
