Thoughtful care has been taken to make this space comfortable and pleasing for your stay...possibly what you have been dreaming about? The Goal of our remodel was to provide you with everything you need and at the same time a beautiful, relaxing, Holiday feeling. Enough cannot be said for the ease and convenience of the Kona Mansions. The location on-site dedicated walking path leading to Honls Beach Park is lovely and at the end you are standing watching a famous Kona Sunset. Another option walking option would be to head north on Alii Drive for great food, interesting shopping and many Historic sites to see and learn about.

After a poor outdated experience in Honolulu, this unit was refreshing and the service/ details were perfect! It’s been 30 years since we were on the Big Island but we are planning our next visit! Thank you! I super appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit!!!
We came to Kona for a wedding and stayed for a week and this was the perfect home base. A five minute walk to Ali'i drive but out of the way enough that it was serene and quiet. The condo was sparkling clean and well stocked with beach towels, chairs, fan, snorkeling gear etc that allowed us to fully enjoy everything the big island had to offer. If you are someone who likes to cook while on vacation this is the place for you. We took advantage of the amazing produce and fish on the island and cooked in our unit several times. The kitchen has all the essentials and then some including a rice cooker and a coffee grinder for that famous Kona coffee. We would definitely stay here again if and if and when we make it back to Kona.
Nice property. Clean and well stocked - everything you need in the kitchen and for beach time! You can see the ocean from the room but it is a bit of a hike to get to it (all downhill so uphill all the way back). Be aware there is no elevator - we missed that in the posting but were ok with stairs - thank goodness.
Good location, walking distance to the beaches and shops. Sunset and ocean views from the lanai. The kitchen is well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. We had a plumbing issue on our first day and it was quickly remediated by the property manager.There is a bit of traffic noise because of it's proximity to Kuakini Highway.
Roomy , clean, good location, nice pool area but the pool might have benefited from a solar cover, great place to watch whales from the lanai would definitely return!
We stayed for 2 weeks whilst competing in the Ironman World Champs. The property was just as per the listing, very well appointed, clean and tidy. Easy to walk down the Pier along Ali'i Drive. Parking access via Kuakini made getting about easy. Located on the 3rd level meant it was peaceful and quiet. I would happily stay there again.
This condo was a great place to stay during our vacation! Close enough to walk to popular restaurants/shopping. Very clean and great communication during booking. The pool was a nice feature as well. It is on the third floor with no elevator which did not bother us but just to note. Would recommend this place to friends and family!

And the little extras (beach chairs, cooler, ice packs, What to do on the Big Island books, etc) made our stay definitely feel like a home away from home! Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We weren’t impressed with the Lanai,
Would have liked some ice cube trays as it is a great fridge but the ice maker is broken
Oh, 2 teaspoons won’t cut it for us coffee and tea drinkers
These were very minor irritations, it is well stocked, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here
The property was perfectly located for us. Close enough to walk down to Alii drive but far enough away that we weren't right in the centre of the action. Condo is beautiful and very well equipped. When we arrived we didn't have functioning internet but the property managers took care of it very quickly with little impact to us. All communication was excellent from start to finish. We would gladly stay here again.
The first visual impression of the hotel was a little concerning. It looked old, run down, and a little sketch. PLEASE ignore that first impression. The location is GREAT to get around Hilo and is close to a couple of great restaurants and the Liliuokalani Gardens. The room, while not luxurious, is super clean, the bed comfy, the view of Reeds Bay and of the cruise ship and sunset were absolutely lovely. The refrigerator and microwave worked well. The shower was good and the bathroom clean. The management and staff were so kind and friendly. They've survived the covid closure and are wonderfully accommodating. We'd stay there again if we return to the Big Island!!
This was my favorite place that I stayed during my month in Hawaii. I was pleasantly surprised to find it even better in person (more spacious, clean, modern, quiet, and with thoughtful details like an actual enclosed window case rather than just the window slots to block out the street noise). The AC is in the living room, but the bedroom walls open up so the air circulates well. Loved that there were no noisy neighbors above me since it is on the top floor, but this may be an issue for some people to have to load/unload to a third floor walk up unit.
Very nice condo - well equipped and clean. The lanai is not big enough to sit out on and enjoy but worked well having the door open for fresh air. Excellent location to be close to things without being in the mix of things.
